It was an intermediate/advanced book on NL hold'em, and stated in the beginning that it would not explain the basics of poker. Each chapter had extensive quizzes. Each problem (ex 2-11) had a table diagram cards and asking what your play would be.
Any help would be appreciated.

www.amazon.com and search for No Limit Hold'em. You will find pictures alongside the book titles so you should be able to recognize it.
