I've been gone from online and poker tournaments for years - thinking about getting back in again with my small bankroll at ignition -

Does anyone want to make some good book recommends for 2017? I have all the old standards from 15 years ago (Harrington on Holdem 1-3, Skalansky's Tourney poker - a couple of the Phil Gordon little books) - I think I'm specifically looking for small stakes MTT for the time being

I've been seeing these kill phil/everyone books around - I know they're variations on David's all-in chapter - Does anyone have any books that stick out to them that they'd recommend that have come out in the last few years? I have also seen the winning poker tournaments one hand at a time in a lot of used book stores around here

Also, I"m only playing on ignition, so no HUD - (it's where my bankroll ended up a few years ago) - and won't be playing live in the near future - so any other tools that help online - (I remember a java poker probability calculator from 15 years ago) - please shoot info my way
