I only found it because I search Amazon for upcoming books. In this case using poker as my search term.

Lots of poker books coming out this year, but the ones I am most interested in are the ones relating to gambling and crime plus the one on ethics in poker.

I went back to January's 2plus2 Magazine to jog my memory about the strategy book coming out and I saw the earlier version of the TOC for Poker and More. One change that leapt out at me was the dropping of the Annie Duke chapter.
