Exercise book for maths problems???

Hi all.

I've been having a look around the internet and at some of the recent posts on here to try to find out if there is anything suitable for practicing maths problems. It seems there are a lot of books which explore maths in a lot of detail (more detail than is necessary in a live game), and others which explain key concepts well, but is there any book or resource out there which focuses exclusively on the reader working through problems and going through an answer sheet? I find i can read through these concepts and easily tell myself i fully understand them, but when it comes to actually playing, i seem to struggle.

I'm familiar with the basic sort of stuff (eg. multiply outs by 2 on river to give approximate percentage). The main sort of problems i feel i need to practise are things sizing bets to deny drawing odds, what odds i offer an opponent with a given bet size etc.
