It's called "descriptive fair use" - which allows Dusty to use Hellmuth's name, trademark and even his likeness so long as he does not disparage or defame the subject. Granted, since Hellmuth considers himself (and his name) to be a business entity of its own, depending on the extent of the content in the book he could have a claim for business disparagement or tortious interference with business expectancy (though he'd have to show an independent tortious act).

All that said, I love the title - I presume the book has no actual Phil Hellmuth content - and I might actually have to read this.
