I made a dispute on paypal, since he or the company didn't reply to my many mails i sender, and since he didn't bother to answer there as well i can now file a claim, so did that.

Wil keep up to date here, if i will get my money back.

Hey know its been a while, but did get my money back from paypal,... the publisher never even answered since paypal gives them a month time to make it right.

The books have been passed to another publisher. Guess he lost interest in the fulfillment business.

+1 this is a Big fail with the quality of service from so many publishers and authors in poker.

What exactly does this mean? Is Dusty actually responsible for the fulfillment of these books or was it a 3rd party? I think it makes a pretty big difference as far as if there is any real criticism to be had. If a 3rd party is screwing things up I have a hard time faulting Dusty, if it is also true that he has switched publishers.

I could be wrong but while he was self-published either he or his people (employees/ contractors) were handling fulfillment. Now Cardoza publishes it so fulfillment should not be a problem.

Thanks to that change in publishing methods, the price has come down and I am also carrying the books.
