Check out The Grinder's Manual (available free on Kindle Unlimited. Introduction to six-max NLHE cash games, but applicable anywhere. Just happened across it, and have been incredibly impressed with how well it explains the foundations of a solid strategy.
Also just picked up the book, How to Study Poker. If you're looking to put in work, that might be a good place to start, too!
