You are right - I don't In fact, I don't even know what a shill account is. I'm guessing a gimmick is an account that I would set up and talk about my own book, right? Seems like a high-risk/low-reward idea with all the 2+2 detectives out here. In the end, I feel like most people get caught for pulling stuff like that and then comes the drama. Completely unnecessary. I'm very confident in the quality of the content and I think anyone who has a chance to check it out will agree.

Anyhow - here is what tjr wrote me:

As I said earlier - given the detail that he read the book with, it seemed like a good idea to ask him to share his thoughts.

Looks nice and professional. I much prefer this to my ebooks (which I print out anyway and end up sticking in an ugly, bulky folder).

The comment and signature is a nice touch

Thanks! Yeah - I def think this book greatly benefits from being a paper one from the size, design, and layout. Easy to read and make notes in.

Stick it in a backback or briefcase and just read & make notes in short sections as time allows. It's meant to be a working book.

Ok, here it is......what I like the most about the book is: at the completion of the chapters you give hand examples and explain your thought process!!! More than anything you teach people to think like a poker player, reasons why you do what you do during the hand weather it be fold, bet, raise or 3/4-bet.

I tried your hud set-up - - -with the site software we are stuck with know, it's way to much info. I can't make out villians stack sizes or anything. I'm going to have to "tweak it" for my use.

Well live, you're not going to have the HUD stats that form the basis for a lot of what's going on in the book, but you are, presumably, still trying to put villains on ranges, still trying to find the best line v that range, still trying to get value for your big hands,

Everything is meant to be tweaked to account for your own individual situations. Good job

Re: Building a Bankroll, Full Ring Edition

Hello,

I didn't buy the book yet, but I think one of the ways to convince people is to show them
some if the material/videos/articles you put online for free (so that people get a feel for what you have to say, even though the content is not the same as the book, it gives an idea about the quality).

Off the top of my head here is some stuff that really helped me:

ps. congratz!
