Re: Building a Bankroll, Full Ring Edition

I'm interested in buying this book however I'm a little confused - when I proceed to checkout it asks me to fill in shipping address etc but I'm buying a PDF - why do you need a shipping address? or is it just a formality - also can I pay you via moneybookers (skrill)

It is required by the payment processor. We accept credit cards, PayPal & Neteller. The important info is city, postal code and country. You can phony up the street address.

Unfortunately Moneybookers has zero customer support in the U.S. and I won't do business with a payment processor that does not offer live support.

Are the contents of this book also applicable for full ring rush games? (25 and 50NL).

All the hands (and thus all the examples in the book) that I played in 2011 were at the Full Ring Rush tables.

Re: Building a Bankroll, Full Ring Edition

Hi Verneer,

Thanks for responding. How long would it approximately take for the paperback version to arrive in the netherlands? Also, once i order the paperback, would a pdf version also be immediately available for download? Im guessing not?

Thanks!

No, that is a separate purchase. If anyone wants both, buy the paperback from here, then PM me for a $15 coupon code for use toward the Adobe DRM PDF download.

Re: Building a Bankroll, Full Ring Edition

Thanks PF,

Although your offer makes it slighty more attractive to order both, i think its a bit unfair to make a customer pay for both versions. I can understand the book costs slighty more than the pdf version and heck im willing to pay a few more dollars to get a hold of the pdf version so i dont have to wait for the payback, but a total of 50% extra for something that is digitally available, while already paying for the main product? Seems a little harsh to me.

Just my 2 cents.

Re: Building a Bankroll, Full Ring Edition

Agreed, I recently bought the paperback at full price - I was hoping to get a mobile copy for a nominal price, if not free.

Poor show really - your overheads on providing an e-book copy to accompany the paperback are negligible are they not?

Poor service compared to another poker book I have which has just recently brought out kindle & epub versions and has offered them FOC to all previous purchasers.

Re: Building a Bankroll, Full Ring Edition

So I just purchased the Adobe version and I can't even read it, for some reason the reader is extremely laggy and it takes decades to scroll through one page. Anyone run in to something like this and know how to fix it?

What device are you reading it on? If PC have you tried changing the compatibility setting mentioned earlier itt?

Re: Building a Bankroll, Full Ring Edition

Yeah I am on PC and I just noticed that post, tried changing the compatibility to XP and others listed and everything was still laggy =/. Seems crisp right up until I reach the first chapter

edit: is there a way I can transfer the eBook to BlueFire? I wouldn't mind reading on my iPhone I guess

Just finished reading BaB, it's a great book. Just one question: Did you upload the HUD configuration you describe somewhere?
