Re: Bluff magazine or Cardplayer?
In Card Player you may find some O8 stuff at times, and Schoonmaker, Leatherass etc. In Bluff? Just about nothing for me, I´m not renewing my subscription.
I don´t care to read the hero stories anymore.

Re: Bluff magazine or Cardplayer?
I guess both magazines are the same with content structure but when the packaging is concerned, i'll go for Bluff Magazine much more, eye-catchy!

Re: Bluff magazine or Cardplayer?
I actually renewed my bluff subscription so I could read it in the bathroom. One article a day about does it for my needs.

Re: Bluff magazine or Cardplayer?
I prefer Bluff myself, but I'll read Cardplayer now and then.

Re: Bluff magazine or Cardplayer?
I have written for Bluff and more for Bluff Europe. I love them, but I also like Card Player. If you learn one great poker play, you pay for your subscription several times over. Google the Hughes Strategy to see why you should study poker to make money, the reason to subscribe or buy poker books.

Re: Bluff magazine or Cardplayer?
I prefer Bluff but Cardplayer just picked up Bart Hansen for per issue strategy articles. This alone will make me purchase Cardplayer.

Re: Bluff magazine or Cardplayer?
Not one of the choices I know, but there's also Ante Up.

Re: Bluff magazine or Cardplayer?
I have been trying to read all my magazines on my iPad and the Card Player subscription is nice on the iPad but not the easiest to read all articles...
I have been downloading the Ante Up Mag .pdf files from their site and uploading them to my iPad and it seems to work great!
I think next might be trying my hand at the Bluff iTunes app since it seems to be updated and getting pretty good reviews!
