Didn't read the whole thread, so I don't know if it has been posted already. But you can ask for a refund on Amazon, yes even Kindles. They will take it out your kindle library and refund you. Although there is timeframe so you're to late, but for the next time.

I will be purchasing Vol I and Vol II as soon as Vol I is available on the Kindle.

It still amazes me that volume 1 has not been released in kindle version. As I posted above I got a new Kindle Fire for Christmas. With my new toy I was itching to put some new content on the device. Since Black Friday I play more live cash so I wanted to get both editions. I had volume 2 for a while. Yet vol 1 Still not available???

Based on Mason's positive review I got Dynamic Full Ring Poker: Beyond The Basics for 10 bucks. The only upside for me is that I found another book that I'm really enjoying which I probably would not have purchased it if volume 1 was available for the Kindle.

Sadly I really believe 2+2 is losing sales because of this. After Black Friday a number of players started playing live and this would've been an obvious choice. I think a lot of players like me of found substitutes which really is unfortunate. Sure you can buy hard copies but who wants to lug those around on a plane to Las Vegas. I used to do that now I just carry a couple magazines and my Kindle.

Thread was started in May 2011. No Kindle version available for Vol. 1.

It is now February 2012. Still no Vol 1 on Kindle.

But just to prove that both volumes can't be made available electronically at the same time, google books dont have Vol 2, while Amazon has it the other way around.

I can go into details later if people like, but we are now taking new, aggressive action which is expected to be successful.

Like I told Mason I bet you lost out on a bunch of sales with this delay. You also are not selling 2+2 books at the usual $9.99 rate, and people still want to buy the book. So many business would love to have this problem, people complaining they can't send you money for your product.

It shows we have good products, and that going for high quality does pay off. We have also told Amazon that their delay in converting this book is unacceptable, and we have sent it to them in several different forms. But hopefully it will now get done sometime in the next couple of weeks, approximately a year after it should have appeared on Amazon as a kindle.

I still can't believe it took this long with Vol 2 being up for months maybe even a year.

Thank you for your continued effort to get this volume available in Kindle format. I have been waiting to purchase this electronic copy to go along with my hard copy of this great series.
