I've tried all types of games from FR to HU, SNGs, MTTs, cash, limit, NL, PL, all varieties of stud, etc. What I find is I'm basically a break even poker player. I'm working to improve that. But which specific form of poker gives you the most rakeback? I suspect it might be HU cash games, but I really do not know. The deal I currently have is through RPM in which it is a contributed rakeback.

You can make decent $ being a rakeback grinder in LHE. However you need to evaluate which will provide the best $ / hour, if you win more at one game than you make in winnings plus rakeback at another then rakeback becomes irrelevant.
