Check the T&Cs of the site for the software you want to use, but Holdem Manager (HEM) and PokerTracker (PT) are authorized for use on all the major sites, and just about every serious player has one or the other.

Pokerstars has a comprehensive list of what is allowed and what isn't: http://www.pokerstars.co.uk/poker/software/prohibited/

Hey, sorry to sqeeze. But it seems this could be a place to ask.
HM and Pt are tacking software good to review your flaws mostly post session, etc.
What software is there to use while you actually play?

HoldemManager and Pokertracker both come with HUDs (Heads Up Displays) which provide you, in game, with data on your opponents.

yes, I do realize that. I meant besides that because HUD have are only useful with large sample sizes which is quite hard to reach in micros. I meant like pot odds, outs, etc. that calculate everything while you play, not on hand replayers.

You aren't allowed to use those sort of programs on most sites.
Besides, if you're not putting in enough volume for your HUD stats to be useful (which I doubt, every stat means something) then you should have plenty of time to work out what odds the pot lays, or how many outs you have.
