The EV equation for a shove bet with fe=fold equity and eq= card equity is

EV= fe*Pot + (1-fe)*(eq*(Pot + Bet) – (1-eq)*Bet)

Your hand has 54% equity against villain’s range and the given flop.

Board: 3s9c5c
Equity Win Tie
MP2 53.98% 52.04% 1.93% { AhKd }
MP3 46.02% 44.09% 1.93% { 55+, A2s+, K3s+, Q5s+, JTs, T7s+, 97s+, 87s, A4o+, K8o+, J9o+, T9o }

Assuming your opponent has you covered the EV equation given fold equity of 55% is

EV=0.55*1220 + 0.45*(0.54*2953- 0.46*1733) = 1030

So when calculating shove bet ev, I dont remove all the hands I think villain would fold out of my win/tie Equity?

Yes, of course you should. It’s just that I interpreted the range you posted as the calling range. I probably should have realized that’s not the case since your 5% value for a call and win is not consistent with that interpretation. The important part of my post is the general form of the EV equation when you have fold equity.

BTW you got the win and lose amounts switched in your equation.
