I really like the content on upswing poker, but wish the site had more content. The site seems to concentrate more on cash, which I need help on. I think the site is helping, but the last 3 sessions have broke me, so I need to go deeper into the sites content. Another deposit to continue will help me work on my hand ranges and spots of aggression to finally have an upswing in poker.

The first sessions of poker I played seemed to help me grow my stack consistently with the additional three bets and following the post flop engine for categorizing hands. I was winning about a buy in a session at .02/.05 as I am finnally following bankroll management better. Although the last three days I got killed and was losing about 10 buy ins a day. I was having a lot of trouble with running into traps and failed bluffs when using category three hands. I admit after early buys tilt began to set in and made me crave more content on upswing poker.

Just download their preflop charts and go from fish to shark in five minutes.

Upswing is a new site, so that's why it doesn't have much content yet. There are other training sites which have been established a long time.

I think if you really want to improve quickly you should hire a coach.
