Is there any published strategy for "all-in" moves for medium & deep stacks? Is there any published strategy for "all-in" moves for medium & deep stacks?

This is sort of a follow-up on a previous thread of mine asking about the optimal bet-size when holding the nuts (pot-size bet OR shove).

Most people are familiar with shallow-stack all-in strategies (especially SNGs and final table MTTs). For example the following effective-stacks each have their own all-in strategies:
20-30BB
15-20BB
10-15BB
5-10BB
< 5BB

But for 30-70BB+ there seems to be little literature on the subject of all-ins (ironically, this is the range where people are always discussing implied-odds).

I will grind away for hours and hours medium/deep stacked, and then bust-out in 20 secs on one shove or call of a shove (I'd say 80% of my losing medium/deep stack sessions are due to a shove or call of a shove!)

So... for effective-stack >> 30BB are the stone-cold nuts required for all-in moves?

I found this reference but I can't vouch for it:

(although they do have a good page on the 34 all-time best poker books)

What kind of scenarios are you seeing where someone shoves 70bb pre-flop? Presumably there is a raise and calls, so the pot is quite big. A correct shoving range will depend on pot odds, hand equity and fold equity vs the other players, but you're usually gonna be looking at QQ+/AK if a lot of money goes in pre-flop. Open-shoving 70bb doesn't make much sense.

I think there are other factors in addition to your stack size like the position of the other stacks that also affect good ranges. Not to mention bubble factors.

So if I have shorties to my left I'm shoving much wider than I would vs deep stacks to my left.

This is all I read. We are talking about the great game of No Limt holdem. You always have more options than this. You can bet any amount you want. Surely you can think of scenarios where you would want to bet smaller than pot size with the nuts.
