This is sort of a follow-up on a previous thread of mine asking about the optimal bet-size when holding the nuts (pot-size bet OR shove).
Most people are familiar with shallow-stack all-in strategies (especially SNGs and final table MTTs). For example the following effective-stacks each have their own all-in strategies:
20-30BB
15-20BB
10-15BB
5-10BB
< 5BB
But for 30-70BB+ there seems to be little literature on the subject of all-ins (ironically, this is the range where people are always discussing implied-odds).
I will grind away for hours and hours medium/deep stacked, and then bust-out in 20 secs on one shove or call of a shove (I'd say 80% of my losing medium/deep stack sessions are due to a shove or call of a shove!)
So... for effective-stack >> 30BB are the stone-cold nuts required for all-in moves?
