Stats review and HU question

Alright, so these are my last 5 months of poker, the money is ok for me including around 50% rb but i think i have many leaks that needs fixing in order to move up.
I mass table nl50, never less than 9 tables, up to 16 tables or so, 6m and FR combined.
I also start tables non stop hence a decent amount of HU. Should i stop doing that altogether ? Are my HU results that bad? I just checked my HU wr for the first time and im kinda shocked
Most of volume there is vs weak players also.
