I mean that you already choose which hands to enter which to fold at the preflop stage (hopefully more according to position and table texture than individual card values).
At the flop, you'll either hit the flop, miss the flop by miles, or miss but have a sweet draw. You will be getting the input from other players first from their actions (check call bet raise fold chat) if you are in position and sometimes out of position. You'll know their stack sizes, the size of the pot and some possible implied odds.
This means, you will have enough information at the flop to decide wether you'll fold or go on at the turn before even seeing the cards. So you make your game plan there and stick to it. This will increase your "fold to call" ratio and might put a plug to one of your leaks.
