Rivered quads...won the hand...played horribly

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
NL Holdem $20(BB) Replayer
Hero ($920)
($2,080)

Dealt to Hero 3 3

calls $10, Hero checks

FLOP ($40) J 2 A

Hero bets $20, calls $20

TURN ($80) J 2 A 3

Hero bets $80, calls $80

RIVER ($240) J 2 A 3 3

Hero bets $240, calls $240

shows J 6
(Pre 46%, Flop 90.5%, Turn 18.2%)

Hero shows 3 3
(Pre 54%, Flop 9.5%, Turn 81.8%)

Hero wins $720

Ok, so when I played this hand I just started using HEM and I pretty much knew nothing about poker math, board textures, etc... I just played my two cards..that's it.

I was playing pretty aggresive with my medium strength hands, and very tight (pre flop)with my premium hands and garbage hands. For some reason I do not have stats on villain.

Pre Flop
So I have a pair, I am ahead most of the time, yet I decided to check. I dont hate the check pre.

Flop
I lead for half the pot. I do not know if it was the right play.
I guess I could be called by worse, meaning drawing hands such as KQ (unlikely, since it probably would have raised pre flop in a HU) ans SC such as T9, 97, 98. I guess I also lead on this flop thinking that villain would have raised pre flop with Ax or better.

Turn
Well....I had a set....that's easy.
Yet now that I think about it, I bet pot because to me overbetting the pot was never an option...
I think that betting two times the pot could have worked in order to get it all in on the river

River
Why didn't I push???? I do not know. I guess I thought I was not going to get called with a larger bet.

Second time I post a hand...hopefully I'll get better with time

Re: Rivered quads...won the hand...played horribly

Is this blind vs blind or is villain in another seat? I'd prefer a raise pre if I'm out of position, so that I can take it down pre, or c-bet flops like this one. Checking is OK too though.
I don't really see anything wrong post-flop. Making your set at the same time the third diamond hits is always a bit tricky. When you river a boat/quads, you pray that villain slowplayed the flush, so you can value-shove and get called. But if he wasn't on the flush, then he's scared of both that and a boat, so often won't call much more than half pot. Having said that, this particular villain seems like the type that would have called an overbet. How could he possible think second pair, crap kicker was good with this board and action?!

Villains play was worse than yours, which is what matters.
Play seems ok to me, but then I know very little too!
Being oop against a passive is bad when they check all your bets then turn over the best hand, though.
