I'm in the dark here. Can someone enlighten me to the status of getting a cashout of my accounts at PS and UB (I'm in the US and they still won't let me get my $$ out). TIA

You should be able to get money out on Stars

Hes right, you should, i got friend who from US and he took all money out from pstars.

But if OP hasn't played on Stars for months and months, he/she won't be able to download the real-money client w/o a bootleg link because of a terrible upgrade they made in June. Also the play-money only client will not allow him/her to withdrawal real money via the client.

So OP has two options:

1) DL the real money client via a bootleg link. Then proceed to withdrawal via the Cashier menu.

2) Contact support@pokerstars.com to assist you in withdrawal.

You should assume that you won't be seeing a $0.01 of your UB money.

That way, if a miracle happens, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Brilliant. I was able to get my cash out of my PS account (thanks tringlomane). Thanks for all the info. I'll check back in a year and see if the status of UB changed.

UB will not pay i think.. Stars yes, you can get it already.
