Hi, I downloaded the free trial of HM2 to give it a try, when I am sitting at a table it does not import data to create graphs or stats. I can see that it is running in the top of the table. I was wondering if anyone has any tips as to what a possible solution could be. I noticed that on the home page and current session it says "no active player" does this have an effect. I play on pokerstars, how do I get it to automatically import my hands.

Make sure that Pokerstars is set to save your hand history.
(Options > Instant Hand History Options)

Check that HM2 is set to import hands from the correct location.
(Hand Importing > Auto Import Options)

Hopefully this gets it working for you, if not try the HM2 support forums.
