Id like some recommendations on pt4 filters to analyze my game. Id like to:
-develop profitable preflop ranges
-find leaks

let me know what you guys have found works.

Don't think database analysis is really useful for developing PF ranges unless you have datamining-type samples. Just watch videos of confirmed good players and look at what they do, it's really tough to sort out analytically.

For DB analysis in general, I generally just make a giant report of every stat, use some basic exploitability maths to work out what they should be and identify divergences. I also run population filters to find out what I can exploit vs unknowns.

As TDA says, you need a very large sample size to help with pre-flop strat building.
That said, look at the holecards report for each position with the filters set for "open raise", "3-bet", "cold call", and "called 3-bet" respectively and see if you can discern any trends for groups of hands.
e.g. You might find that you're not making money with AJo in EP, or suited 3-gappers on the button.
For beginners especially, cold-calling too often pre-flop (with small pairs and suited connectors especially) can be a leak that is easily fixed: fold more often.

Thanks for the advice.

i have a really small sample size (<10,000) so I guess pre flop range analysis will have to wait.

Are there any filters that you use frequently to establish weak spots? I'm looking to make a list and run them every week so that I can find, prioritize, and track progress on leaks.
