poker tracker 4 hand reading error

hey any one else have or had problems with pt4 not reading played hands. keeps saying invalid pot size every so often an missing hand from stats which has screwed up my graph and iam guess also my stats so reliability to work with pt4 for reviews is gone

I don't use PT, but what site are you playing on? Issues on some sites are quite common. You're better off looking for solutions in the Pokertracker forum or 2+2 thread, btw.

play on titan poker have not noticed problem until last 2 days, may of happened before i guess. yea i did a ticket with pokertracker just seeing if there was a quick fix someone might no on here tho
