No, it's far less popular than nlhe. Right now, there are 924 entries in the $0.01/$0.02 nlhe zoom pool, but just 179 entries in the $0.01/$0.02 plo zoom pool. 655 entries in $0.02/$0.05 nlhe zoom pool, but just 143 entries in the $0.02/$0.05 plo zoom pool. And so on.
At all limits, nlhe is consistently more popular than plo, by quite a margin.

zoom was my favorite game in terms of enjoyment but i didnt like nlhe at all , its quite tilting and i hate dealing with psychos and aggressive fishes and having to make very big folds or big calls... , zoom nlhe was also not so profitable compared to regular tables.
You'll hate omaha then. It's even more tilting than nlhe and you have to make even bigger folds. Regarding zoom and regular tables - same is true for omaha. Why would it be any different?

I know that omaha has more variance but is it easier to handle and enjoy than nlhe?
If you can handle massive downswings (much bigger than anything in nlhe), yes.

less bluffing? less crazy and read based play? easier to deal with fish?(are they mostly passive?) less hero folding/calling? less tilting? is it more profitable than nlhe tables?
More semi-bluffing rather than pure-bluffing. Still plenty of read based play. Fish are more or less the same as nlhe - mostly passive. Lots of hero folding (you will need to make a lot of big folds, a lot bigger than nlhe). A lot more tilting. Profitability - depends how good you are compared to your competition.

Also are omaha sngs less complex than nlhe ones strategically? i mean easier to develop a range for x situation and remember it?
No. Just think through what you said for a moment - why would 4 cards be
less complex than 2 cards?

I cant find a good cfp program to help me with this game in this forum , anyone can suggest a book or a video series? im noob so im looking for a get go strategy to start play and exploiting players.
runitonce videos maybe? There's not some magical strategy guide you can use to start crushing the game. It seems like you think there is.
