Sorry for the really dumb question, I'd post it in the official dumb questions thread but nothing ever gets answered in there. Just trying to get a better understanding of win rates.

If Baron or some other 6max endboss sat and grinded 6max 2NL, what's the absolute most you can imagine their BB/100 being? I understand Baron is obviously playing really close to GTO so he'd have to adjust to playing an exploitative style. Basically what I'm asking is the highest winrate you'd see possible at 2nl by the best in the world.

the adjustments will be so obvious to any good mid stakes player or even small stakes player, that achievable winrates would taper off at some point. what that winrate is depends more on the microstakes player than the high stakes player - they don't all play the same way and it's more up to how many BB/100 they choose to spew

Depends what sample size he went with. A couple of years ago, Magorko (who was then a 500NLz crusher) did 10,000 hands of 2NL and beat it for 50bb/100, but he must have had some epic rungood over that tiny sample.

Thanks was just looking for an answer like this, I dont necessarily care what baron is making at 2NL, I just want to know the limits of win rate.

On pokerstars table selecting like a bum hunter and starting your run after you sit for 10k hands to get an idea of how fishy everyone is, etc....
I'm talking about max exploitation here...theoretically optimal , etc
