T8's can be hard to play at micro, especially if the flop doesn't hit 2 pair / open ended straight. If you miss a mid pair+, there isn't much point proceeding IMO. People call you down with very little, making it hard to win with a failed straight draw.
Hand 1: Gotta be a fold OTR readless. He wont be bluffing often enough to make this a +ev call (he needs to be value betting worse (which he isnt - he would likely check back worse 8x or 7x) / blufing 30% of the time approx - and he aint doing that i'm afraid.)
I maybe tempted to 3B pre depending on his 3B tendancies and stats.
Meh, barreling with a draw is the best time to do it - not sure how much fold equity the turn has for us, so maybe ch/evaluate?
If we are bluffing 1/2 pot, OTR we need it to work 33% of the time. 40% for 2/3 pot... I'm afraid I dont see it working any where near enough at these stakes since you cant be 100% confident he will fold out second pair and certainly not top pair.
Prolly ch/f river though... if he doesnt fold OTT, he aint likely to be going away on the river now that he has "improved to two pearrrzzzzz"
EDIT: The bluffing frequences / calling frequences can be found in The Poker Blue Print - a very good book for online poker players up to and including small stakes. Aimed at 6 max players primarily... give it a buy!
