Yeah, you can consider yourself a good player (for that level anyway) if you can consistantly beat 2c/5c. However, if you've been playing that long without success, it doesn't seem like you're beating that level to me.
In the short run, good players can have a bad win rate, but in the long run your win rate should reflect your skill to some degree. In other words, if you're not a winning player, then you're a losing player (not to sound crass).
I think you should rethink this "system" you're using and check out some of the resources here on 2+2. Start with the sticky posts in the micro NL forums.
