Re: ** Official Beginners NL Holdem Stats Thread **
This is my Oct-Nov graph/stats for 2nl 6-max. I still have remnants of a SB leak I know.

Re: ** Official Beginners NL Holdem Stats Thread **
Just took a glance while 5 tabling so this may be wrong. But if that's 6-max you're playing a little bit too snug imo. The looser players are probably abusing you and you're probably folding a little bit too much based on your went to show down numbers.

Hammy, you look like a weak-tight nit from those stats. Your preflop figures are reasonable, if nitty. Definitely steal more on button and cutoff.
Postflop, your figures are very strange. I've never seen such a high W$SD and still a fairly high WTSD. This makes me think you are not value betting hard enough. Also your AFq is reasonably high but your AF still below 3. This, combined with your showdown and non-showdown results makes it look like you are the type that floats the flop a lot but then gives up on turn or river.
All this is guesswork from just stats, but you are definitely either getting pushed off winners, or don't valuebet your winners hard enough. And possibly never manage tp ush anyone off a hand too, since you seem to win very few hands without showdown.

Blane, your stats show only preflop figures. From these, it's the familiar leak: you limp (along) way too often. Generally speaking, your PRF/VPIP ratio should be at least .75 or so.
Not much else to say other than nice results, you are doing somethings right at least.

Re: ** Official Beginners NL Holdem Stats Thread **
Does that cover my postflop too? I agree I tend to limp a lot but having played a lot more hands at 10nl and 25nl then I did previously here I felt I had a postflop edge so I don't mind seeing cheap flops. I've been trying to turn my aggression up as well.

Re: ** Official Beginners NL Holdem Stats Thread **
That's showing your AF (Aggression Factor = (# bets + #raises) / # calls) as 1.88, while still an Agg Freq of 41% (quite high).
Normally that means your AF is way too low, in this case because you call way too much. You should be folding/raising more than calling in general.
The general rule is quite easy: when ahead, raise; when behind, fold unless you're getting odds to call.
There are a few situation when you want to call down (against maniacs that bet as long as you just call, but fold when you raise, for example) but in general calling is the least preferred option.
(NOTE: I have only 2 figures to go by -- you can see a lot more if you look at more of your postflop stats yourself. Like, what's the AF per street, check/raise%, etc)

Rising from the ashes, my first 10k hands at NL10.
Hello,
I used to 4 table .25/.50 NL
I eventually became over confident and ignored bankroll management.
I ran bad, played worse, took a shot at 100NL and blew my bank roll.
I have since swallowed my pride, and moved back down to 8 table NL10 and started my roll all over again.
Here are the results.
As for what i have learned from this is that i feel like i can finally take a bad beat, laugh it off, and keep on playing.

Any advice on how to change for the better?
