Just got a new laptop HP Windows 8.1 I downloaded poker and the poker page opened up, but the tables are not showing and when I signed in nothing happened. What do I do now?

my flash player is enable, I emailed them but it takes 4 hours for a reply, maybe someone here knows...

You'd be better off asking this in Internet Poker. And failing that, in Computer Technical Help.

Can you see the lobby? Is the client working at all? Does this run in a browser or is it an app?

I think your post is pretty unclear. Go to google images, and find a copy of a page that looks correct. Post a link to it, and then post a screenshot of how your screen looks. Otherwise at least post a link to a page that looks correct and describe in words how your page looks.
