Hello all,

New to the forum, and new to HE. Brand new. I understand the rules of the game, but want material addressing the dynamics of the game at a fundemental level.

The issue I've come across with the books recommended for beginners, is jargon is never explained, and theres a general assumption you understand the basics of what theyre talking about, like odds, position, stack sizing, etc.. sometimes, they even openly state this. I want to ensure my basic understanding is solid, before I compile too much theoretical knowledge. Just the 101 course, nothing fancy.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Search these forums for specific terms you need explained. If you can't find a specific thread, ask for help here, and someone will be happy to explain the fundamental concepts. But please search first, as most questions have been asked many times
