Well at 2NL, many of the other players are so bad, that they WILL call a shove, even if they have a weak one pair hand. (Or worse. Mr Beer said that he once shoved with quads and got called by jack high, and I've had similar results too). Just be aware of who else is in the hand, and ask yourself if he is likely to have a good hand, that will probably call a pot size bet, but not an overbet.
e.g. If a reg bets 3/4 pot on the flop, half pot on turn and river with AK on K54J2 and you rivered a flush, then you obviously want to raise, but shoving just screams "I have a flush, so you should fold your one pair". You don't want villain to fold. You want to set a price that gets paid, giving you some value for your monster. If the board is much more connected, so you think villain has at least a straight, then he's likely to call a bigger bet.
