Looking for advice to get better

I'm a micro stakes player and i'm looking for studying advice. I have no idea how and what i should do to get better. I have access to pokertracker, flopzilla, redchippoker cash game playlist and a ton of books. Right now I'm playing 1h a day and 30 minutes reading. I have a lot of free time on my hands for the incoming weeks so i can probably spend up to 6h a day. How could I translate poker in to a form of school?

Pick a format that you enjoy the most, MTT, SNG, HU, 6-Max, whatever. Find a coaching service, (there's a ton out there, my recommendation is "coaching for profits" because [after a security deposit] you only pay if you profit for the month, in which case you pay 1/2 of your profit.
If that's not up your alley, play, and the next day study your previous session, look for possible leaks or mistakes that you think you're making, post up the hand historys on the correct forum thread, and see what the community has to say about your lines/decisions.
Follow social media poker players or twitch poker players, watch hand analysis by poker pros.
The possibilities are endless.

The more work you put into improving your understanding of the game and the way you play it. The better you will be.
And also, expect some bad play at the micro limit.
They don't respect your raises or 3 bets down there.
