Keeping focused while playing

Hi there,
I play on PokerStars on the 0.02/0.05 NL level, along with going to the casino on occasions.
I am just wondering how you get people who can go on for hours and hours playing their best and profiting. I'd say I have a profitable game, although I notice that I make a lot of mistakes as my concentration dwindles too much. I would like to be alert for a longer period of time.
Any help is much appreciated :-)

Take regular breaks. 5 to 10 mins an hour just sit out and get coffee or smoke or whatever and recuperate.

When you're not in hands just watch others play and make notes. Try to categorise all your opponents and if you play regularly it will pay off. HUD won't be enough.

I usually play within 45-60 minutes before taking a break, plus I immediately put myself to sit out at the next big blind as soon as I feel I am not concentrated enough or feeling the tilt.
I have set a stop-gap at 3BI for 2NL.
