Is there anything lower than 2NL (other than play money)? I was hoping there would be a 0.001/0.002 games?
Haha, afraid not. The Stars freerolls play comparatively seriously to play money, you could try those. You could also get a 'free bankroll' from one of the sites which offer them (just google it - I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link to them).
The good: Today was my biggest volume day ever with 1132 hands.
The bad: Cooler after cooler after cooler and I did well to only end up down 45bb.
The ugly: I ran over AIEV so it doesn't even look like a lot of bad beat stories I can tell down the proverbial bar.
The hands:
After squeezing here (conditions were good), should I be cbetting?:

First hand i probly squeeze a bit less hoping not to commit too much if stood up to. Cbet folding the flop looks good. Why is it you say conditions were good for squeezing?
Second hand im not folding but id bet a bit more on the flop.

Vil 1 opening wide, vil 2 probably not trapping by calling as none of the players behind him had 3bet much that session and it's 2NL anyway, both had high FT3B stats, I had a blocker. Pretty much your archetypal squeeze situation.

hand 1 i think you're trying to overplay it, just fold k9o there imo. Post flop, what do you think BTN is calling with and more importantly folding when he calls MPs raise and your 3 bet?

When he called, I put him on a range of TT, JJ, AK, potentially AQs. I cbet the flop to get unpaired high cards to fold.
Does that not seem like a decent squeeze spot to you?
Think people are a little results orientated with hand 1 - seems like a good enough squeeze spot; some dead money in the pot, apparent nitty TAGs who will likely fold to the 3bet and a blocker. However, that being said I wouldn't cbet that flop with how the action has went. It would help to have villains stats but if he's a TAG reg then his range will be weighted towards PPs here so I'd be suprised if you could fold out a high majority of his range.
Hand 2 - bigger otr and ott. Fish like these are likely to be chasing draws (especially on this type of board) so it's best to get as much money out of them before the river and they probably aren't folding if they have a good draw, e.g. flush draw. I've often seen fish donk the river when the FD comes in and they have crap so you have to call here, just a cooler in the end.
Hand 1 - tbh I dont like squeezing out of the blinds as a bluff. Too many villains will call with high cards or to setmine (we dont know which type they are) and there are just no flops we're going to like, and we're oop. As played, I think I check fold flop as unlikely anything they called with is folding on that flop.
Hand 2 - I can just imagine that sinking feeling when villain shoves, and you think "well he didn't call the flop with the diamond draw". Just a cooler, always calling as he can have far worse hands a lot of the time

Hand 1: He could have some unpaired hands in his range that should fold which beat us and like [KQ, QJ, and Ax]... BTN has an tight range (as it should be when you squeeze and he calls)... a good portion of which is PP and they never fold. 2 overs may not fold either so I just ch/f and take the pf bluff and accept it was a +ev play at the time but no need to chase the losses in this hand.
Hand 2: Not folding.. So often will be the backdoor flush, but oh well...
