I was trying to use Sitngo wizard to understand ICM ranges, but I'm having trouble.

For example it says here that I sould have push, in fact I should push in this position with 83,7% of my hand. But why? It seems bad to me to push here with a lot of this hands.

You must have something set up wrong, or I'm misunderstanding the question.
1. You're apparently playing heads up, where ICM has no effect (you've both already locked up 2nd place money).
2. Villain has 28bb to start the hand, so even if you were restricted to a push-fold gameplan, the jamming range would be quite small. (Too high a risk, for too little reward).

If there had been another player at the table that has a tiny stack, then you can jam very wide due to a huge amount of fold equity, because villain can't risk busting out when he can safely stay in second place by folding.
