Welcome on board. I suggest by reading the threads in this forum that are at the top of the forum page first. There's lots of material available that will get you started.

64 is an old curmudgeon that sometimes has a problem with controlling his anti-social gene. Unusual that they let him out of his cage so early in the day. Be wary if he says something nice

One nice place to get started would be with the Micro FR Concept of the Week Index. Scroll through the list of threads for a topic of interest or find the earliest posts and read them all.
