Is there any good article were could read about optimal stats for postflop, for x/r, x/c, missed cbet stats, call and such?

My best advice would be to look at the stickies and use Google

Once you kind of get the principles you should be able to think about what each stat means and signifies and so what different numbers mean to your or villain's game

There is no perfect 'system' so there are no perfect stats

Learn a bit about a frequency-based approach to the game and you should be able to derive most of this stuff yourself.
