Here's an interesting spot I was in in an online $3 MTT, just before the second break. Blinds are 30/150/300, I have 22k, ave is about 6.5k. I'm dealt QQ in early/mid position. I decided to raise to 3bb because before when I min-PFRd with a hand I got a lot of callers. Someone calls from lateish position and from the blinds. Pot is about 2k.

Flop is 346
So far, I like the flop. Kind of coordinated, but low and I don't really expect the other players to have just any hand because most of them were limping and folding to bigger PFRs. The player in the blind check and I bet out about 1.2k. Now here's where things get sticky. The late position guy snap shoves for 10k, and the blind folds. I'd say this is pretty polarizing: he either likes his hand or is just clicking buttons. Here's what kind of range I'd put him on.

Very likely:
Sets
Straight (57)
2 pair (64, 43)
flush draw
AK
10s and JJ

Likely:
55, 88, 99, AA, KK
62 straight
2 pair (63)
AKo AQo with a

Sometimes:
air/bluff
77
A6x
straight draw (65, 45)
AKo AQo no club

So I'm drawing dead to straights, thin against sets, two pair, and AA/KK, and a little behind AK and A5. But I'm great against 88-JJ, have a slight edge on Ax and Kx, and ahead of all other draws and bluffs. What should I do? I only invested 2.2k and am getting 2.5:1 for a call. Do I fold because I will likely lose half of my stack and pick a better spot? Do I snap call/snap fold? Am I giving the villain too wide of a range? What do I do here?

Put the situation into Equilab, maybe?

Your ranging may be somewhat inaccurate (what makes you think villain flats aces pre?) but you can at least experiment and find out what your equity looks like, and then compare it to the pot odds.

Spoiler:
I put that in there because he showed kings after I called.

Well take a note on villain, that's a fold readless, early raises generally are being respected so villain's range is weighted towards value. You lose even if you run the whole range I think, too bored to do it now.

Pot is about 2k.
150+300*3*3+30*9=3120 (maybe more depending on which blind called)

Please post hand history next time.

I felt about 40% folding, one thing that led me to call was that earlier in the tournament I was in a similar situation on a somewhat less coordinated board and the villain had AKo.

You're right, I must have bet around 1.6k. I don't know how to access hand history in carbon poker.

It looks like a pretty easy call.

In your spot ... 'extra large' stack and being left with above average even if you lose this looks closer to a call than it might otherwise IMO. But I still probably let this slide by.

In considering the range that crushes you and putting it next to the range you are basically flipping against I'm not so sure this is a wise move even with the resultant stack after the fact still being strong. You don't even have the Qc to double backdoor/blocker an out. These are great drawing/bluffing boards. Ok .. throw in there 88-JJ for him .. why do we flip for 40bb additional right now?

I was a bit confused on the pot size for a minute too. I probably wouldn't risk my good fortune so far in the tournament for this guy on this board. GL

Nope, ran it and you are waay ahead, that's an autocall interestingly, funny I thought you would be in much worse shape, shame on me, do note though that not all parts of his range have the same possibility to appear there, as you already noted:

*******Equity*****Win*****Tie
MP1****72.87%**72.42%***0.45%*{ QhQs }
BU*****27.13%**26.68%***0.45%*{ 22+, AKs, JTs, 87s, 75s, 62s+, 54s, 43s, AcQc, KcQc, AcJc, KcJc, QcJc, AcTc, KcTc, QcTc, Ac9c, Kc9c, Jc9c, Ac8c, Ac7c, Ac6c, Ac5c, Ac4c, Ac3c, Ac2c, AJo+, KJo+, 87o, 75o, 65o, Ac6d, Ac6h, Ac6s, Ad5c, Ah5c, As5c, Kd5c, Kh5c, Ks5c, Qd5c, Qh5c, Qs5c }

Edit: Lol I forgot to put flop in the first measurement, left it there just for lolz, call is breakeven given pot odds and if you calculate the fact that the strongest part appears more often, you may find a fold there. It's close though.
