How many hours do you need to invest before you become a winning player at nl10 or plo10?

I have spent over 100 hours of playing plo and studied by mainly watching videos maybe for 30 hours. I also had a coach for almost a month. In the spring I played nl for hundreds of hours and studied around 100 hours. But I still can't beat these levels. So I am wondering how many hours more do I need to study before I can beat these micro levels?

There's Malcom Gladwell's 10000 hour rule, but NL10 might not be considered "world class".
Nobody knows if you are a fast or slow learner and how talented you are when it comes to strategic games like poker.

are you game selecting?
studying 30 hrs isn't much at all, that's less than a week if you are dedicated and there are many people wanting to get good at poker, if you aren't out working them you aren't going to get ahead or even catch up.
