How long does it take the money to actually come out of your checking out when doing the quick deposit on full tilt?

Is there any type of fee usually charged by the bank?

I've depo'd a couple times in the past month (friends banks don't let them depo) and some times it comes out in 2 days, others 5. But this last month I've depo'd ~6 times and it still has yet to come out of my account.

I think FT is ahaving problems with its payment processors (through november), as players including myself are having trouble with withdrawing money as well. 2-6 days from your bank is typical when depositing though. Fees should be zero, unless your bank has a wierd check policy.

fees at my bank are 0, it has been almost 2 weeks since i'd deposited last and i have deposits from before that that have not yet cleared. it's starting to become extremely annoying.

A friend of mine deposited 100 bucks and full tilt didn't take it out of his savings account for 5 days, and he ended up closing his savings account.

I have a deposit from mid-November and another from mid-December that have never cleared my checking account.

I don't understand why they take soo long to take out the deposits from your checking/savings account? What if someone changes accounts before the deposit is taken out of their account?

The problem is most likely with the UIGEA, legislation that prevents banks from processing transactions to/from online gambling sites. FT makes the request for the money from your account and some intermediary processor blocks the transaction. From what I've heard, eventually FT will take the money back from your account, but it's been almost 2 months since my first failed deposit, so I'm not sure how long this takes.

I also am having this problem since Nov. what i dont understand is if the bank is blocking the process why is ftp still giving credit?

They keep giving credit because that is there business model, and they believe they will get a higgh enough proportion of the funds to keep it profitable.

The reason it is taking so long is this:

The payment processor is technically the one who takes the deposit from your bank, takes its cut and passes it on to FT.

Around November, one or several of FT's payment processors was shut down by Department of Justice, who likely seized all paperwork etc detailing transactions.

Full Tilt is having trouble working out which deposits the payment processors have taken out of players accounts and which they have not because the paper trail has been disturbed.

It is possible that Full Tilt will never realise they didnt receive the funds from you, though it is equally possible that they will. Common consensus is that if they do realise, they will contact you but there is sweet **** all they can do to claim the funds unless you want to keep playing there.

There is no way that Full Tilt doesn't know about this. Lots of customers are emailing them asking why the money has not been taken from their account. It boggles my mind why they don't just disable Quick Deposit on the accounts in question? Of course people are going to begin gambling more aggressive and degeneratively with their "free phantom money." It's almost like a trap but I can't see any legal recourse for an offshore gambling site against a U.S. citizen. They are going to lose a lot of money from this and it's gonna be a disgusting mess for them and ruin their reputation.

Me too! I deposit twice in the beginning and middle of December, and the money still hasn't been taken out of my account. I just hope the payment processor doesn't sue me for the money that they didn't take out of my account later.

I have the same problem I deposed around dec 12 and nothing after has come out. I am doing ok but I enjoy the site and would like them to take the money just sitting in my account. So it looks like some people are saying. That they just don't have the records of it so basically there gonna either takE it back or just let it slide cause it's more money to rake and good action at there tables ? It sounds like somthing I would do if I had a million dollar poker site. IDE be like oh well free shills lol

This is not only happening with FT but also with PS....PS told me once that my transaction didn't go through and that I had to re-deposit. I asked PS if I had to and they said yes, legally. Both sites have my SSN, but Ive talked to my bank and checks expire after (b/e) 90-180 days, but after 6 months, checks are dead and the sites are going to have a real tough time cashing em. So GL everyone with the phantom money haha
