How to find leaks using an HUD (or not)? How to find leaks using an HUD (or not)?

I just got an HUD, and in addition to what it's helping me do to gather stats on other players, it's giving me a better idea of my own tendencies.

As I progress with my journey to poker nirvana, I'm having some trouble finding my leaks. Of course, I think back on big hands that I've played, but I'd be very interested in learning how you guys use hand histories and HUD stats to try to plug leaks in your game.

Specifically, is there any methodology to picking through hand histories to glean lessons for the future?

How can I learn the most about myself using an HUD?

My stats for the HUD, over a 657 hand sample, are:

VPIP:39
PFR:28
W/WSD:30/38
STL/F: 64/57
3B/F: 8/44
CB/F: 60/40

If anyone could help me build insights on how I can analyze my hands and stats I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance!

It is too early. Play more samples. Try to play your A-game at each session. Then we talk..

I don't have any experience with hold em manager, but if you're using pokertracker4 then there is a leaktracker tool which will help analyze your stats.

Your sample size is FAR too small to draw many conclusions from, however a couple things are evident assuming your stats were compiled at one or two
typical (AKA non-maniacal tables). 1)You are playing way too many hands, 2)You are raising far too many times pre flop 3)You are not winning enough when you make it to showdown, 4) You are attempting steals from late position far too often.

Obvious fix seems to be to play significantly fewer hands.
