How do you guys study for live 1/2?

I'm a newish player (~6 months of playing seriously at home and casino games), started on a great upswing and have recently hit a bad downswing. I'm assuming my starting upswing was just due to some great rungood, and I want to get better.

What do you guys do to improve your game? I've read a few books, watch some youtube channels, and try and analyze my own play, but it seems like I should be doing more. I've thought about a training site like Upswing or Rio, but I'm not sure how helpful it would be for an exclusively live player like myself.

Any tips appreciated. Thanks!

you should document all of your big or tough hands, and then review hands and talk about hands in llsnl, and if you have any difficult hand you were not sure about, post the hand in there and see if the consensus says they would have played the hand different.
