We all try to ignore it with varying degrees of success. For all I bash mass tabling or zoom/rush for beginners, this is one area that helps. If you're playing 20 tables stacked, you don't actually know the results of hands. Everyone gets frustrated -- you're sitting there thinking "I'm going to win", and then you don't. Realize that there are some entitlement issues wrapped around being tilted by suckouts.
In the bigger picture, it can also show how you think about poker and mental leaks
you have. You have AA and lose to KK in a spot where every reasonable person gets it AIPF with either hand. Do you realize that the guy with KK took a horrible cooler PF? If everyone plays right and the money goes in, the luck happened before the betting. If it reverses, why does that tilt you? Honestly, it makes me sad to see my opponents play well. If they play badly and get lucky, good job getting in a good spot. Think about what your reaction to bad luck says about your own mental game, identify things to work on, and use this to improve.

Ive lost almost $15 at 4NL in the last 3 days of which at least 75% has been by being sucked out against... Like AA v KQ AIPF and he catches runner runner Q's...
So you're down less than 4 buyins? Also, notice how the money went in PF? There is no such thing as runner runner. There are just 5 board cards on the top of the deck, they're all coming out, and there is nothing to be done. Stop watching them peel off. You're on a negative freeroll. One other thought.. if you won that pot, you'd actually be running over EV. Do you know how?

Would I be better off not playing for a few days, or do I just power through it and accept that over the long haul these situations will prove to be profitable?
If losing less that 4 buyins makes you unable to play, you have a big opportunity to improve. You've found a big leak in yourself as a player. Look at your mental game. It is a huge win to find problems you can fix.
Best of luck
