I retired from that forum 2+ years ago, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

H1: i'm personally raising at max 2.5x rather than 3.3x pre, but considering you got 3 callers its probably fine either way. Otf i'd be betting bigger, ~70% pot. We can get called by a bunch of hands, protecting against a 4th spade at the same time. After he shoves, reads would be helpful, but considering this is so early on it almost certainly isn't worth the risk to call. We are giving up significant $EV if we call and lose, and dont win as much $EV when we call and win (assuming this is a standard 50/30/20 payout structure, and not a KO or 50/50).
H2: If the BB is 200, shouldn't the minimum possible raise be 400 instead of 360? Either way, KJo seems to be a pretty standard shove BvB with these stacks.
As played, i'd bet 35-40% pot ott when more draws develop. Shove the river.
H3: Just cbet this board, villain is likely gonna check back a bunch. The c/r is unnecessary and too big. It folds out most of his bluffs and hands that we have massive equity against, and keeps in all hands vs which we are getting it in against anyway.
In general, your betsizing seems to be off a lot. I'm guessing your mostly just clicking the 'pot' or '1/2 pot' buttons. When making a bet, figure out what range of hands is calling you and think about how that range changes (if at all) when you size up or down.
