I recently tightened my game as I was losing too much, my overall wining is now up however my pots won without show down is going negative. I think I probably don't 3 bet enough and also fold to 3 bets too much. Any other pointers appreciated, any feedback on obvious flaws would be appreciated

These are my stats over the past 2000 hands.

VPIP 23.53
PFR 13.71
3Bet PF 4.06
Fold to PF 3Bet 74.7
WTSD % 45.41
WSD 57.8
WWSF 58.53
CBet F 70.45
CBet T 76.92
CBet R 60
Call F CBet 31.03
Call T CBet 66.67
Fold to F CBet 58.62
Fold to T CBet 33.33
PF Pos. Aware 2.11
Att To Steal 22.81
3Bet Steal 7.25
Fold to Steal 74.02
Total AF 4.58

Cheers

VPIP/PFR gap too great, you're calling too many speculative hands. Try sticking with more of a raise/fold strat to tighten that up, will probably bring you to something like 20/18 or maybe even lower but not terribly nitty. You can throw in some 3bet bluffs to keep your VPIP over 20 which will also bring your 3bet% to around 15% or so which is strong. People fear a 20/18 with 15% 3bet.

Thats probably it really. Unless you're being horribly exploited 23/13 is nothing to be ashamed of since your showdown value is clearly better than theirs. Whatever someone might try to do to exploit your rather obvious calling range is kind of fruitless since they're barely making money off you like this and you're going to hit a lot with your calling range so you arent exactly a keen target to exploit here.

The VPIP is fine for 6max, little bit on the high side but the PFR is completely lacking. This means you probably aren't raising enough CO/BTN and calling too many raises (especially from the blinds) or limping which is terrible. 3betting 15% is suicide on most tables (8% is pretty standard) but you can double the times you 3bet which means you probably aren't ever doing it as a bluff.

Thanks for the input!

What's a reasonable fold to steal stat? Think I've been defending with too marginal hands.

Cheers
