Different card rooms have different approaches. That's a good thing, so people can choose whatever fits their preferences best.
But in OP case, the solution is still the most simple one: Play less tables. Same as for somebody who complains that the time bank is too short to handle 12 regular tables. Reduce the number of tables until you have enough time to make your decisions. You might have a legit complaint if the time bank is still too short if you're playing only one table.
