Tips on exploiting unbalanced opponents? Recommending books (2+2 books of course), web sites, videos?

Any decent book will be talking about how to exploit your villains by type.
1. Relentlessly bet your good hands against calling stations.
2. Relentlessly bluff your weak hands pf against nits.
3. Call down your maniacs.
4. Fold when you don't have a big hand against your tightest players.
The above 4 are a good start.

I would start by making sure that you have a solid, working definition of what an unbalanced opponent is. Too many people use "GTO", "exploitable", and "unbalanced" as poker buzzwords without fully understanding those terms.
