Whats a decent/normal winrate when we call a preflop 3 bet? its suppose to negative right?

It's expected to be negative, but there isn't really a "target figure" to aim at, and there is a lot of variance in small samples. That said, if you typically open for 3bb, then a loss rate of -300bb/100 would indicate you'd be better off folding to the 3-bet (or 4-betting) with at least some of the hands you're calling with. When you call a 3-bet, it's because it should be more profitable in the long run than folding and losing your initial raise amount .

thanks; i just wasnt sure that the profit hem tracked was before the call(which is the case) or if it was the profit after calling which is the share of the pot that I win posflop.

Yeah it tracks overall result. You need to do better than the loss you get from folding after raising so whether the stat is good depends on your sizing. Also when you lose less by calling the 3bet does not mean it is the best option, 4betting might still be better.
Also this stat is extremely vulnerable to small samples. The exact situation doesn't occur that often and pots tend to blow up quite fast.
