Transferring money between sites? Transferring money between sites?

10-01-2009 , 08:10 PM
I've been chronicling my Pokerstars beats on a blog and it's basically reached there point where I full on believe something is fundamentally wrong with the algorithm on the site, because the bad beats on Stars seems way more wild and consistent on other sites I've used in the past. Not looking for a pity parade or anything, but is there an easy way to transfer money between sites, or do I have to do the drawn out way and w/d $ to my bank acct then deposit on another site? Thanks all.

EWallets are the easiest way to get money on and off of sites. Deposits are instant and withdraws just take a couple days.

Any idea what the cheapest/most reliable one is? If the fee is big I may just do it the old fashioned way, because my roll is $230 or so, and the first ewallet site I found (ewalletexpress) charges $10 or 8.8%

DO NOT USE EWALLETS on pokerstars because you are gonna pay a fee. Just withdraw via check. It only take a few days to recieve a check from pokerstars. No big deal. You can try to find someone to trade with in the forum.

usually i dont mind when people give context in leadup to a question but saying stars is rigged without providing any proof does not help this thread.

if you arent american you can use stuff like neteller to do transfers or if you are in the states then see posters above. However if you want to provide your proof you can try the rigged thread in the Internet forum but i'll warn you, it probably wont end well for you because whatever proof you think you have isnt proof (and i say that with confidence without reading your blog)

sorry to sound harsh and thanks to other posters who have resisted the rigged part and helped with the question (I cant help with that because i live in a place where im fortunate to not have to deal with uigea and all that jazz) but its just that we get some many people making ridiculous claims stars is rigged because they lost a few hands but when it all comes down to it, regardless of how much they believe it they are full of **** and usually in denial about how good they are. you'd be best served trying to work on the things you can control, ie how you play. goodluck and hopefully your next site will treat you better.

I think most of us know stars is not rigged.

stars is rigged when you only remember your bad beats and forget all of your suckouts.

It's fine...I'm not trying to start a crusade against Stars or anything. I feel something is wrong with their algorithm, and I'd prefer to try my luck elsewhere. Simple as that.

To the guy who said I forget my suckouts - I post those on the blog I mentioned too. I'm aware **** happens, but again, I'd prefer to be somewhere I'm a little more comfortable on.

And to the people who suggested just withdrawing straight up, guess I'll have to do that, because all the fees I'm finding are too big a chunk of my roll. Thanks all.

There are plenty of credible people who have great reputations in the transfer thread. You should have no apprehensions about doing player to player transfers between sites with many of the people in that thread.

This is the way to go IMO never done it myself but if I had to I think this is how I would do it.

Now that would be a good thread Ozi - a rigged one WITH proof

It "seems" eh?

I would have thought you know how to get money on and off sites by now because of all the other sites you have played in the past. Or did you just not need to withdraw before
